waiting for new reviews is good to give some indication of my taste so that the readers of this blog - who are growing up ... but leave some comments! - Can better frame the opinions about the places and the food so far reviewed. The entries are given in random order, of course.

- the local cuisine in the area (any area: if I go to lunch with Egypt falafel and Torsha accompanied by pita bread and soup molokhiya if I go to Pordenone not have my breakfast with granita and brioche);
- genuine cuisine at reasonable prices and generous portions;
- the street food;
- country festivals with attached carousing;
- strong flavors or mixed;
- spicy foods;
- in general, experiment with new flavors;
I do not like too
- bananas;
- fried sweets (cannoli the wafer does not count);
- offal (their flavor ferrous times I stop but there are some exceptions: the liver, the stigghiola, the sandwich "married" with the Meuse, tripe ... These are really good!)
- the "chocolate" white (do not call it chocolate, please);
- the lemon ice cream, tea
- fisheries;
- the American fast food;
- the aspic salted
- pancotto;
- tiramisu;
- the raw egg;
- teas niu eig ;
- the slices;
- the hot ricotta with the whey, (I know, I know it's a delicacy, but if I do not set that I can do?)
- tofu (if I have to eat cardboard tell);
- the wasabi;
I do not like their own
- the cooked fruit;
- the marron glaces;
- persimmons;
- zampone;
- the marshmallows;
- the baba (the so mushy wet with poor passes for rum ...);
Finally, hate
- the culinary tourist traps with mediocre food and fictional reconstructions of local environments false note as a six euro;
- the food-styling mischievous and ruinous ("clean up the vegetable rainbow rain in September as fragrant bed of buckwheat "three leaves of lettuce, a carved radish, a splash of oil, four strips of decorative emulsion, two slices of toast 18 €? )
