Beginning chocolate: the workshop "Don Puglisi" in fact uses the paste of bitter cocoa criollo (probably the best variety in the world), which mixed with the aromas of the chocolate produces a Modica 'unique sensory experience. Taste buds into ecstasy and endorphins to ten thousand to speak.
